摘要
基于油气开采的自动化生产要求和安全生产需要,为了满足石油钻井平台对技术升级的需求,本文提出了滑车式管子移运装置。该装置由滑车、滑车轨道、猫道、管架及钻杆构成。该移运装置通过有限元进行了动力学分析,结构合理,满足使用需求。该移运装置结构不同于传统移运装置产品,具有结构新颖、运行可靠、自动化程度高、重量轻等特点,可以大大减轻工人的劳动强度,将会在石油钻井领域得到广泛应用。
Based on the automatic production requirements and safety production requirements of offshore oil and gas production,a pulley type pipe conveying device is put forward to meet the requirement of technical upgrading of offshore oil drilling platforms.The device is composed of a pulley,pulley rail,catwalk,pipe rack and drill pipe.The moving device is analyzed by finite element method,the structure is reasonable,and it meets the demand of use.The moving device structure is different from the traditional transportation device,has the advantages of novel structure,reliable operation,high degree of automation,light weight,can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,will be widely applied in the field of oil drilling.
