重力滚道下柱体缺陷检测系统的PLC控制设计

摘要 柱形滚子广泛使用在轴承、阀门等基础件中,产量巨大且表面的光学特征复杂。为提高柱形滚子的检测精度和检测效率,采用一种圆柱体在斜轨道上的自滚动方式,无夹持物遮挡,减少一个自由度的经济成本和精度约束;提出一种基于双相机重力滚道柱体缺陷检测系统的PLC控制方案,对硬件结构和软件执行流程进行了详细的设计;建立了组态环境界面,对系统的运行进行监控和仿真调试。结果表明:本系统能够实现重力滚道下柱形滚子的上下料和缺陷分类控制,验证了本控制系统的可行性。 Cylindrical rollers are widely used in basic parts such as bearings and valves with a huge output and the complicated optical characteristics of the surface.In order to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of the cylindrical roller,this paper adopted a self-rolling method of the cylinder on the oblique track without the occlusion of the clamp,and reduced the economic cost and precision constraint of at least one degree of freedom.In addition,a PLC control scheme based on the dual-camera gravity raceway cylinder defect detection system was proposed,and the hardware structure and software execution process were designed in detail.At the same time,the configuration environment interface was established,and the operation of the system was monitored and simulated.The result showed that the system can realize the loading and unloading and the defect classification control of the cylindrical roller under the gravity raceway,and verify the feasibility of the control system.
