摘要 滚珠丝杠产品作为能高效率将回转运动转化为直线运动理想产品,在伺服执行机构、机床等各类机电一体化装备上应用及其广泛,随着机电伺服技术发展与应用,作为伺服机构传动关键功能部件,对滚珠丝杠的传动性能、可靠性要求也不断提高,因此根据实际工况需求开展针对滚珠丝杠的疲劳寿命分析研究具有重要意义。 The Ball screw unit is the high efficiency product which can make the linear motion to rotary motion and widely apply in the EMA machine tool a variety of mechanotrnics etc.With the EMA techniques development and application,as the key function unit of serve mechanism,the more needs of drive property and responsibility come up.So it is significant for developing the fatigue life of Ball screw.
