摘要
以大梁加强板为研究对象,基于Dynaform成形仿真软件对比液压成形与传统冲压成形对高强钢的回弹影响,并比较液压力、压边力对板料液压成形的回弹规律。结果表明:相比传统冲压成形,液压成形在截面1与截面2处最大回弹分别降低了46.1%与48.8%;液压成形工艺下,压边力与液压力的变化在零件不同截面及不同测量处的回弹规律不同。
The article takes the beam reinforcement board as the research object,and compares the springback effect of hydroforming and traditional stamping on high-strength steel based on Dynaform forming simulation software,and then compares the springback law of hydraulic pressure and blank holder force on sheet hydroforming.The results show that compared with the traditional stamping,the maximum springback of hydroforming at section 1 and section 2 is reduced by 46.1%and 48.8%respectively;Under the hydroforming process,the change of the blank holder force and the hydraulic pressure make the different springback laws in different sections and measurement points of the parts.
