摘要
本文针对汽车车身维修技术课程的车身钣金修复教学,运用VR虚拟现实技术,开发车身修复VR虚拟实训系统平台,研制仿真控制机柜和体感模拟器,结合实际工作岗位设置九个模块的虚拟课堂,有效解决车身修复教学设备价值高、耗材成本高、实训场地大、教师技能要求高、安全操作风险大等教学难题,同时有效提高学生学习积极性。
Based on automobile body body sheet metal repair maintenance technology course,using VR virtual reality technology,development of bodywork repair VR virtual training system platform,to develop the simulation control cabinets and body feeling simulator,combined with the actual work,set up nine modules of virtual classroom,effectively solve the body repair teaching equipment high value and high cost of consumables,teachers'professional skills training venues,demand is high,the safety operation risk big problems such as teaching,at the same time improve the students'learning enthusiasm.
