基于美团外卖POI的城市餐饮业的空间热点分析——以南昌市为例

Spatial Hotspot Analysis of Urban Based on Meituan Takeaway POI——A Case Study of Nanchang

外卖店铺POI对研究餐饮行业的布局特征和发展状况有重要意义。以南昌市为例,通过构建网格格点,模拟请求店铺列表的接口,爬取美团外卖在南昌市的店铺数据,并利用核密度方法和统计方法分析外卖店铺的空间布局特征以及店铺销量与店铺密度的关系。得出以下结论,外卖店铺在南昌市的分布呈现出由市中心向周边逐渐减小的趋势,其热点区域主要分布在老福山、八一广场、西湖区、孺子路、万达广场、红谷滩、瑶湖等;大部分店铺外卖销量比较低,销量高的店铺主要分布在店铺密集区域;核密度值越大越有利于低销量和高销量店铺的销量,不利于中等销量的店铺。

The POI of takeaway stores is of great significance to study the layout characteristics and development status of the restaurant industry.This article uses Nanchang as an example to build a web crawler to crawl the data of Meituan takeaway stores in Nanchang.The nuclear density method and statistical methods are used to analyze the takeaway stores Spatial layout characteristics and the relationship between store sales and store density.It is concluded that the distribution of takeaway shops in Nanchang shows a trend of gradually decreasing from the city center to the surroundings.The hot spots are mainly distributed in Laofushan,Bayi Square,Xihu District,Xunzi Road,Wanda Plaza,Honggutan,Yaohu,etc.;most of the stores have low take-out sales,and high-selling stores are mainly located in densely populated areas;the larger the value of the nuclear density,the more favorable the sales of low-and high-sale stores,and not the medium-sale stores.
