婺源旅游民宿空间分布及其影响因素研究

Study on the Spatial Distribution of Homestay Inns in Wuyuan and its Influencing Factors

以婺源为研究区域,梳理其旅游民宿发展历程与现状,探索其旅游民宿空间分布特征及其影响因素。研究表明,婺源中部旅游民宿集中度最高,主要聚集在思溪、李坑及婺源县城,具有“环状分布,多处聚集”的特点,总体上呈现出中心向周边扩张的演变趋势;婺源旅游民宿空间分布主要受自然环境、区位交通、社会发展、景区流量、地域文化5个因素的影响。最后,从政府引导、文化植入、规模经营、强化营销、全域赋能5个视角提出了婺源旅游民宿发展的建议。

Taking Wuyuan as the research area,this paper combs the development process and current situation of its homestay inn,and explores its spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors.The study shows that the concentration ratio of homestay inn in central Wuyuan is the highest,mainly gathered in Sixi,Likeng and Wuyuan County Town,which has the characteristics of"circular distribution,multi-gathering",and generallyrepresents the evolution trend of center expanding to the surrounding areas.The spatial distribution of homestayinn is mostly affected by the five factors:natural environment,location and transportation,social development,scenic area flow and regional culture.Finally,from five different perspectives of government guidance,cultural implantation,scale management,strengthening marketing and global empowerment,this paper puts forward somesuggestions for the development of homestay inn in Wuyuan.
