加巴喷丁治疗咽喉反流性疾病的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of gabapentin in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease

目的观察加巴喷丁治疗咽喉反流性疾病的临床疗效。方法选取经检查确诊的128例咽喉反流性疾病患者,随机分成两组。对照组62例,只给予质子泵抑制剂(PPI)、胃肠动力药物治疗;实验组66例,在质子泵抑制剂、胃肠动力药物治疗的基础上加用加巴喷丁;8周后对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果实验组治疗后RSI和RFS评分较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗有效率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而实验组治疗后患者24h食管内pH<4时间占总时间的百分比、胃蛋白酶检测阳性率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咽喉反流性疾病在原有治疗基础上加用加巴喷丁可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of gabapentin in the treatment of 1aryngopharyngeal reflux disease.Methods 128 patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(62 cases)only accepted PPI and gastrointestinal dynamic medicine,the treatment group(66 cases)accepted gabapentin based on the control group,compared the treatment effect of the two groups after 8 weeks.Results RSI and RFS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the 24h esophageal percentage of pH<4 accounted for the total time and the positive rate of pepsin detection after treatment had no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Gabapentin can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease,and increase the effective rate.
