ACDF和ACCF治疗相邻双节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 脊髓型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic myelopathy,CSM)是各类颈椎病中危害最大的一种,临床上以相邻双节段CSM最为常见,约占CSM的56%[1]。CSM是一种极为复杂的神经系统疾病,有50%以上的患者为中老年人,常因脊髓和(或)供应脊髓血管受压而出现损害平面以下感觉异常及上运动神经元损害症状及体征,如四肢麻木、感觉减退、四肢肌力减退、走路踩棉感、双腿僵硬不灵活、双手精细动作困难、生理反射活跃、病理反射亢进(Hoffman征及Babinski征)、大小便功能障碍.
