新工科背景下人才培养模式的研究——以互换性与测量技术课程为例 被引量:8

摘要 "新工科"是在新形式、新背景下教育改革的重大战略选择,是今后教育发展的新思维、新方式。本文针对新工科教育发展新思维的要求,以培养学生工程实践能力和创新能力为目标,改变教学模式和教学方法,打破教材章节的约束,结合多种形式的授课方式,通过任务驱动学生的课后复习,建立国际标准的初步认识,充分利用各种学习资源,拓展和扩充课程实验,立足于行业和企业的需求,培养出符合社会需求的新工科人才,以互换性与测量技术课程为例,进行了初步尝试和探讨。 The new engineering is an important strategic choice in the new era and environment.It is a new way of thinking in the education development.Taking the interchangeability and measurement technology as an example,this paper discusses the cultivation of new engineering talents up to the standard of the society,industry and enterprises.To be in line with the requirements of the new way of thinking in new engineering education development,we should cultivate students’engineering practice capacity and innovation capacity,change traditional teaching mode and teaching method,and break through chapter constraints of textbooks.Utilize various forms of teaching,familiarize students with international standards via task-driven review,and expand and extend curriculum-related experiment via different learning resources.
