以服务用户为导向的高校网络安全建设新探索

New exploration of network security construction in colleges and universities oriented by serving users

日趋严峻的网络安全形势与越来越高的网络安全保障要求,给高校网络安全工作带来了很多实际的困难和挑战。文章以复旦大学网络安全工作为背景,从服务用户的角度出发,探索如何解决高校网络安全所面临的挑战和问题,有效地弥补现有工作模式弊端,构建学校各部门多方共同参与共同建设的网络安全新体系,提升了校园网络安全整体水平,形成良性、可持续的网络安全工作新模式。

The increasingly severe network security situation and higher requirements for network security bring more practical difficulties and challenges to the network security work of colleges and universities. Based on the network security work of Fudan University and from the perspective of serving users, this paper explores how to solve the challenges and problems faced by the network security of colleges and universities, effectively make up for the shortcomings of the existing work mode, build a new network security system in which all departments of the university participate in the common construction, improve the overall level of the network security of the campus, and form a benign and sustainable new model of network security work.
