摘要
方班网络空间安全专业人才培养,由于专业的特殊性以及方班学生的固有特点,给培养优秀的德才兼备的网安人才提出了新的挑战。方班老师们在实际的教学和工作过程中,梳理和总结了个体引导和激励策略,从构建团队文化,引导学生以妥当方式表达情绪,建立师生可信的沟通渠道,正确引导学生的网络空间安全价值观等多个层面出发,给出了相关策略,为网络空间安全人才培养工作提供了有益参考。
The cyberspace security professionals training of Fang Class has brought new challenges to the cultivation of outstanding cybersecurity talents due to the special characteristics of this profession and the inherent characteristics of Fang Class’ s students. During the actual teaching and working, the Fang Class’ s teachers combed and summarized individual guidance and motivation strategies, and then provided relevant strategies from multiple levels such as building a team culture, guiding students to express emotions in a proper way, establishing credible communication channels between teachers and students, and correctly guiding students’ cybersecurity values, which provides a useful reference for the training of cybersecurity talents.
