区块链司法存证体系研究

Research on blockchain-based judicial evidence architecture

文章针对电子数据证据存证的完整性、待证性、真实性等问题,剖析了我国电子数据司法存证中存在原始载体无法核实、数据容易被篡改、审查需要专业性等现状,为推动我国区块链司法存证体系的构建,从诉讼证据的收集、储存、传输的方式上,阐述了区块链存证的可行性与必要性,研究了司法存证与区块链技术相结合,优化了当前电子数据存证体系,促进了我国司法在电子数据存证上的进步。

Aiming at the completeness,testability and authenticity of electronic data evidence deposit,this paper analyses the current situation of electronic data judicial deposit in China,such as the original carrier can not be verified,the data can be easily tampered with,and the need for professionalism in examination.promotes construction of judicial evidence perpetuation system based on blockchain technologies in China,explains feasibility and necessity of evidence perpetuation based on the blockchain technologies,studies combination of judicial evidence perpetuation with blockchain technologies,optimizes current electronic data evidence perpetuation system,and drives advance of the judicial electronic data evidence perpetuation system in China.
