微信结合翻转课堂模式在新入职护士中医基础理论培训中的应用 被引量:3

Integration of WeChat Flipped Classroom Mode in the basic theory training of Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine for new nurses

摘要 目的研究利用微信平台的翻转课堂培训模式运用于新入职护士中医基础理论培训的效果。方法将泗洪县中医院2017年45名新入职护士设为对照组,2018年42名新入职护士设为试验组,对照组采用的是传统教学方法进行中医基础理论培训,试验组采用微信平台结合翻转课堂的培训模式,将两组新入职护士培训前后理论成绩及对培训满意度进行比较。结果试验组新入职护士培训后的理论成绩及对培训的满意度均高于对照组[(84.9±4.4)分vs.(79.6±5.9)分,(53.75±0.42)分vs.(49.06±3.33)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台的翻转课堂培训模式可以提高新入职护士中医基础理论成绩及对中医培训的满意度。 Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the integration of WeChat platform and Flipped Classroom on the training of basic theory for new nurses.Methods In Sihong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,45 new nurses were enrolled into the control group in 2017 who were compared to the 42 nurses in 2018(experimental group)on the results theoretical exam and training satisfaction.The traditional teaching method was adopted in control group to train the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.And the nurses in experimental group received the teaching mode of WeChat platform combined with Flipped Classroom.Results After training,the theoretical results(84.9±4.4)vs.(79.6±5.9)and satisfaction(53.75±0.42)vs.(49.06±3.33)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The integration mode of WeChat platform and Flipped Classroom can improve the basic theory achievement of the new nurses in traditional Chinese medicine and the satisfaction of the training.
