摘要
目的探究以护士为主导的个案管理对中晚期胃癌患者的影响。方法将靖江市人民医院2018年3月至2018年8月收治的行常规干预的中晚期胃癌患者54例作为对照组,2018年9月至2019年2月收治的行以护士为主导的个案管理干预的中晚期胃癌患者54例作为观察组。于两组患者入院时、出院前进行疼痛数值评定量表(NRS)、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)及满意度调查表测评,比较两组患者各量表的评分情况。结果观察组出院前中度及重度疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院前HPLP-Ⅱ量表中的健康责任、自我实现、营养、运动、应对压力、人际关系6项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院前护理满意度为92.59%,高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中晚期胃癌患者行以护士为主导的个案管理干预可有效降低患者疼痛程度,改善其生活质量,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of case management led by nurses on patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 54 patients(control group)with advanced gastric cancer who received routine intervention from March to August 2018 in Jingjiang People's Hospital and 54 patients(observation group)with advanced gastric cancer who received the intervention of case management led by nurses from September 2018 to February 2019.The numerical rating scale(NRS),health promotion lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate at the time of admission and before discharge respectively.The scores of the two groups were compared.Results The rates of moderate and severe pain in the observation group before discharge were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health responsibility,self-realization,nutrition,exercise,coping pressure and interpersonal relationship of the HPLP-Ⅱ scale before the discharge in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction before discharge in the observation group was 92.59%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.37%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The case management led by nurses for patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction.
