In order to effectively remedy for the shortcomings of traditional dispatching and commanding system,such as poor function and insufficient intuitive control,and give full play to emergency dispatching and commanding functions,the use of visual dispatching and communication system can meet the needs of emergency communication and visual dispatching of coal enterprises.Through all kinds of AV input and output,the system realizes the integration of various subsystems and information resources,real-time monitoring and dynamic tracking,the system can use the AV functions of smart mobile terminals to achieve video calls and real-time upload of pictures,videos.The system realizes the audio and video linkage and collaboration between the operation site and the dispatching command center,effectively enhancing the command dispatching and visual interaction capabilities of the coal enterprise,and improving the level of guidance and management of remote emergency command.
