含氨基酸水溶肥在枸杞上的应用效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】针对长期施用化肥导致宁夏枸杞主产区土壤质量下降、枸杞品质不稳定、产量不高等问题,特开展本试验,以期为宁夏枸杞高质量发展提供新型施肥技术措施。【方法】以成龄枸杞为试验材料,开展含氨基酸水溶肥田间应用效果评价试验。【结果】与常规施肥相比,施用含氨基酸水溶肥显著提高了夏果期枸杞叶片SPAD值和净光合速率,进而提高了叶片水分有效利用率;显著提高了枸杞鲜果可溶性固形物、还原性糖及维生素C含量,促进糖酸比提升,改善了枸杞品质;促进枸杞增产21.24%,实现增收541.20元/667 m2,效益显著;显著提高土壤有机质、保蓄土壤氮素营养,活化有效磷和速效钾,土壤肥力水平明显提升。【结论】含氨基酸水溶肥对宁夏枸杞高质量发展和土壤可持续利用具有积极作用,可大面积推荐使用。 [Objective]In view of the problems of soil quality decline,unstable quality and low yield of Lycium barbarum in Ningxia due to long-term application of chemical fertilizer in order to provide a new fertilization technical scheme for the high-quality development of Lycium barbarum in Ningxia.[Methods]With mature Lycium barbarum as the experimental material,the field application effect evaluation test of water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acid was carried out.[Results]Compared with conventional fertilization,the application of water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acid significantly increased the SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate of Lycium barbarum leaves in summer fruit stage,and then increased the effective utilization rate of water in leaves;significantly increased the content of soluble solids,reducing sugar and vitamin C in fresh fruit of Lycium barbarum,promoted the increase of sugar acid ratio,and improved the quality of Lycium barbarum;increased the yield of Lycium barbarum by 21.24%,driven the significant increase of income by 541.20 yuan/667 m2;significantly improve soil organic matter,conserve soil nitrogen nutrition,activate available phosphorus and available potassium,significantly improve soil quality.[Conclusion]Water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acid plays an active role in promoting the high-quality development of Lycium barbarum and sustainable use of soil in Ningxia,which can be recommended in large scale.
