国家级新区建设对产城融合的影响及作用机制——基于双重差分模型的检验

Impact of National New District on Integration of Production Cities and Its Mechanism——An Test Based on Difference-in-Differences Model

国家级新区建设为实现产城融合提供了新途径,但效果有待进一步检验。基于2005-2016年我国252个地级市的面板数据,运用倾向得分匹配双重差分法(PSM-DID)考察了国家级新区建设对产城融合的效果与影响机制。结果表明:(1)国家级新区建设能显著促进新区主体城市的产城融合,但对周边城市产城融合的辐射带动效果不明显。(2)国家级新区建设主要是通过产业政策虹吸效应、城市发展集聚效应和就业转移溢出效应3种途径促进产城融合。研究结论对发挥国家级新区产城融合示范效应具有借鉴意义。

The construction of national new districts provided a new way to achieve city-industry integration,but the effect needed further testing. Based on the panel data of 252 cities nationwide from 2005 to 2016,this paper used the propensity score matching-double difference method(PSM-DID)to investigate the effect of national new district construction on the city-industry integration and the impact mechanism.The results showed that:(1)The construction of national new districts could significantly promote the city-industry integration in the main cities of the new district,but the effect of the radiation-induced integration of the surrounding cities was not obvious.(2)The construction of national new districts was mainly through the siphon effect of industrial policies,agglomeration effect of urban development and spillover effect of em ployment transfer three ways to promote the city-industry integration. This paper put forward reference significance for exerting the demonstra tion effect of the national new district production city integration.
