哈佛分析框架法就是从战略角度,对企业财务状况进行研究和分析。无论是企业财务指标,还是非财务指标对企业的影响,都要重视起来,也就是企业内部的优势和欠缺,以及外部环境的机会和威胁,都要在科学预测上指明企业未来发展方向。本文在哈佛分析框架下分析和研究了交通运输企业财务管理问题。

The Harvard analytical framework method is to study and analyze the financial status of enterprises from a strategic perspective.Regardless of the impact of financial indicators or non-financial indicators on enterprises,we must pay attention to the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise,as well as the opportunities and threats of the external environment,and we must indicate the future development direction of the enterprise on scientific predictions.This article analyzes and studies the financial management of transportation companies under the Harvard analytical framework.
