With the adjustment of corporate development strategy,the financial sharing center has made a certain change in its positioning in order to meet the needs of corporate development.This article is based on the actual case of Company Z.Its research is a reference for other companies that are in the early stages of corporate strategic transformation or are planning to implement corporate strategic transformation,and at the same time for other companies who also want to implement financial sharing services.
