摘要
财务共享服务中心建立后,如何针对共享中心这一新型组织机构建立起完备的绩效管理体系成为管理者亟待解决的问题。公司通过对Z公司的案例分析,提出企业可以通过平衡计分卡与目标考核法相结合的方式,搭建起财务共享服务中心内部创新型的绩效管理体系,提升企业的绩效管理水平。
After the establishment of the financial sharing service center,how to set up a complete performance management system for the new type of organization,such as the sharing center,has become an urgent problem for managers.The company analyzed the case of Company Z and proposed that the company can build an innovative performance management system inside the financial shared service center by combining the balanced scorecard and the target assessment method to improve the company's performance management level.
