摘要
以乌鲁木齐市商业性健身俱乐部为研究对象,从健身器械、环境设施、客户服务、课程安排、健身教练和价格六个维度明确商业性健身俱乐部会员满意度与其组织绩效的关系,运用文献资料法、问卷调查、面对面访谈法等研究方法。商业性健身俱乐部六个维度会员满意度都与俱乐部组织绩效整体上成正比例关系,其中会员对环境设施维度的满意度与组织绩效正比例关系最强,满意度对组织绩效的影响最大,其次是健身器械维度和健身教练维度;而会员对课程安排维度和客户服务维度的满意度与组织绩效正比例关系最弱,满意度对组织绩效的影响最小。
Taking the commercial fitness club in Urumqi as the research object,the relationship between the satisfaction of commercial fitness club members and their organizational performance is clarified from the six dimensions of fitness equipment,environmental facilities,customer service,course arrangements,fitness coaches and prices by using literature methods,questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and other research methods.The membership satisfaction of the commercial fitness club is directly proportional to the overall performance of the club in the six dimensions.Among them,the satisfaction of the environmental facility dimension and the organizational performance have the strongest proportional relationship,and its satisfaction has the largest impact on organizational performance,followed by fitness equipment dimension and fitness coach dimension;while the members'satisfaction with curriculum arrangement dimension and customer service dimension has the weakest proportional relationship with organizational performance,and their satisfaction has the least impact on organizational performance.
