本文依据项目质量管理知识和实践操作,从人、材料、设备管理的优化、质量监控体系的优化及项目进度管理与跟踪模式优化三个方面针对施工阶段质量控制的完善建议,为建筑项目的质量管理的实践提供借鉴。

Based on the knowledge and practice of project quality management,this paper proposes perfect suggestions for quality control during the construction phase from three aspects:optimization of human,material and equipment management,optimization of quality monitoring system and optimization of project progress management and tracking mode,to provide reference for the quality management practice.
