Factors Affecting Real Estate Prices in Wuhan

摘要本文基于分析历年房价影响因素变化,例如:建设成本、区位地价、人口、市场容量等,从供给与需求端对比找出对房价影响的最关键因素。 This article finds the key factors influencing the house price by comparison of supply and demand sides based on the analysis of changes in influencing factors on house prices over the years,such as construction costs,location land prices,population,market capacity,etc.
