摘要
随着社会经济的持续快速发展,极大地促进了住宅建筑工程事业的飞跃。在当前形势下,如何提高住宅建筑工程防水施工质量,成为建筑工程业内广泛关注的焦点问题之一。基于此,本文首先阐述了住宅建筑工程防水施工的关键价值,分析了住宅建筑工程防水施工中的诸多技术要点,并结合相关实践经验,分别从强化施工监理、选择优质防水材料等多个角度与方面,提出了住宅建筑工程防水施工的质量控制措施,望有助于防水施工相关工作的实践。
With the continuous and rapid development of society and economy,it has greatly promoted the leap in the cause of residential construction engineering.In the current situation,how to improve the waterproof construction quality of residential construction projects has become one of the focus issues in the construction engineering industry.Based on this,this article first elaborates the key values of waterproof construction of residential building engineering,analyzes many technical points in waterproof construction of residential building engineering,and combines relevant practical experience to propose quality control measures respectively from multiple perspectives such as strengthening construction supervision,selecting high-quality waterproof materials.It is hoped to contribute to the practice of waterproof construction related work.
