摘要
针对普通蒸养混凝土存在初始工作性能和保塑性能差、后期强度发展慢和抗氯离子渗性能不足等技术通病,从混凝土胶凝材料组成出发,研究矿粉掺量对C65高强蒸养混凝土工作性能、力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着矿粉掺量增加,混凝土工作性能和力学性能均呈先增加后减小趋势,其中当矿粉掺量为20%时,两者均达到最优;混凝土56d氯离子电通量和氯离子扩散系数均随矿粉掺量增加呈逐渐减小趋势。
Considering the common technical problems of ordinary steam cured concrete,such as poor initial performance and plasticity,slow development of late strength and insufficient anti-chloride ion permeability,the influence of blast furnace slag powder content on the performance,mechanical properties and anti-chloride ion permeability of C65 high strength steam cured concrete was studied from the composition of concrete cementitious materials.The results show that with the increase of blast furnace slag powder,the workability and mechanical properties of concrete increase at first and then decrease.When the mineral powder content is 20%,both of them reach the optimal level.The chloride ion flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete decrease gradually with the increase of mineral powder content in 56d.
