摘要
通过对文献的收集调研和对实际工作经验的归纳总结,以山东理工大学图书馆为例,探究了高校学术检测工作的服务创新举措,诸如:部门或人员配置、收费方式、网站内容揭示、服务网络建设及提供贴心的用户服务等。指出目前服务模式下,学术检测服务工作中还存在一些问题。提出要加强相关细节梳理和揭示,加强协调配合,增加多途径检测工具,建立起更加完善的服务体系等。
Through the collection of relevant literature research and sum-up of practical experience,taking the Library of Shandong University of Technology as an example,this paper explores the innovation measures of academic plagiarism detection services in the colleges and universities,such as:department or personnel configuration,charging methods,library website content to reveal,service network construction and provide thoughtful customer service,etc.It points out that the current service mode,academic plagiarism detection services still exist some problems in the work.It puts forward to strengthen the relevant details for the existing problems and reveal,strengthen coordination,increase the multi-channel detection tools,set up a more perfect service system,etc.
