摘要 企业项目开发建设是推动公司资产保值、增值的重要保障,同时对企业经营发展及盈利水平具有重要影响。当前围绕企业项目开发全过程优化管理理念不断丰富,结合先进技术优化项目开发价值水平受到高度重视。建筑信息模型(BIM)是通过一个虚拟的信息平台,对项目开发建设的相关属性信息、结构性质信息等进行多维度数据系统化集成,利用工具实现信息数字化模型,支撑项目开发建设不同阶段实现信息有效传递与解决方案支持,最终提升项目开发价值。本文结合BIM技术特点和优势,阐述全过程项目开发价值提升策略,为综合提升企业项目开发管理提高与技术支撑提供借鉴与参考。 The development and construction of enterprise projects is an important guarantee to promote the preservation and appreciation of the company's assets.At the same time,it has an important impact on the development and profitability of the enterprise.At present,the concept of optimized management around the entire process of enterprise project development is constantly enriched,and the value level of project development combined with advanced technology is highly valued.The building&information model(BIM)is a virtual information platform that systematically integrates multi-dimensional data of relevant attribute information and structural property information of project development and construction,uses tools to realize digital information model,support different stages of project development and construction to achieve effective information transmission and solution support,and ultimately increase project development value.This article combines the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology,describes the entire process of project development value improvement strategies,and provides a reference for comprehensively improving enterprise project development management improvement and technical support.
