摘要
三坐标测量机是20世纪60年代发展起来的一种新型、高效、多功能的精密测量仪器。对于坐标测量机校准和性能评价中,其中最大允许探测误差(M PEP)是一项重要指标。文章对探测误差的计算方法从一种常见的数学模型出发,探讨具体的算法、数学原理以及实现该方法的过程。为从事该项目校准的人员提供理论和实践的参考。
Coordinate measuring machine is a new type,high efficiency and multifunctional precision measuring instrument developed in the 1960s.For coordinate measuring machine calibration and performance evaluation,the maximum allowable detection error(MPEP)is an important indicator.This article starts from a common mathematical model for the calculation method of detection error,and discusses the specific algorithms,mathematical principles,and the process of implementing the method to provide theoretical and practical references for those engaged in the calibration of this project.
