经输尿管软镜取石术与经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石临床疗效对比

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy between Flexible Ureteroscope Lithotripsy and Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in the Treatment of Renal Calculi

目的:对比经输尿管软镜取石术(FURL)与经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石临床疗效的差异性。方法:将82例肾结石患者随机分为两组(n=41),对照组行PCNL术治疗,观察组行FURL术治疗,对比两组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间,检测两组患者手术前后IFN-γ、IL-10水平,对比两组患者术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量、住院时间均低于对照组,但观察组手术时间较长(P<0.05);术后观察组IFN-γ水平高于对照组,而IL-10水平较低(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率(21.95%)高于观察组(7.32%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FURL术治疗肾结石临床疗效较好,可在临床推广。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL)and percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:82 patients with renal calculi were randomly divided into two groups(n=41).The control group was treated with PCNL and the observation group was treated with FURL.The operation time,blood loss and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.IFN-γ,IL-10 levels of patients before and after surgery were detected.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the operation time in the observation group was longer(P<0.05).IFN-γlevel of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while IL-10 were lower(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group(21.95%)was higher than that in the observation group(7.32%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:FURL is effective in the treatment of renal calculi and can be widely used in clinic.
