复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Compound Danshen Drop Pill Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探索复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病的疗效。方法:将130例冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用阿司匹林常规疗法,观察组采用复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗;比较6个月后心功能和肺功能等指标。结果:(1)所有患者心功能指标均显著改善,观察组优于对照组;(2)所有患者肺功能指标均显著改善,观察组优于对照组。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林可有效改善冠心病患者的心肺功能,稳定心率,疗效优于常规疗法。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:130 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with aspirin conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen drop pillcombined with aspirin.After 6 months,the indexes of heart function and lung function were compared.Results:(1)The cardiac function indexes of all patients were significantly improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group;(2)The lung function indexes of all patients were significantly improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Compound Danshen drop pill combined with aspirin can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function and stabilize heart rate in patients with coronary heart disease,and the curative effect is better than conventional therapy.
