胺碘酮结合卡维地洛治疗心律失常的疗效及预后探究

Study on the Efficacy and Prognosis of Amiodarone Combined with Carvedilol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的:探讨卡维地洛联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将88例心律失常患者随机分为两组,A组采用胺碘酮治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上采用卡维地洛治疗,比较两组的疗效差异。结果:两组治疗前HR、LVEF指标、hs-CRP水平对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组患者治疗后HR指标、hs-CRP水平明显低于A组,LVEF指标、治疗总有效率明显高于A组,不良反应发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心律失常患者采用胺碘酮联合卡维地洛治疗,能有效改善患者的心功能与心率,降低hs-CRP水平,提升其临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of carvedilol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:88 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with amiodarone and group B was treated with carvedilol on the basis of group A.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in HR,LVEF and hs-CRP levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,HR and hs-CRP levels in group B were significantly lower than those in group A.The LVEF index and total effective rate of treatment were significantly higher than those in group A.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with carvedilol can effectively improve the cardiac function and heart rate of patients with arrhythmia,reduce the level of hs-CRP and improve the clinical efficacy.
