富马酸酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松对变应性鼻炎并支气管哮喘患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Ketotifen Fumarate Combined with Salmette-Cuarson on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis and Bronchial Asthma

目的:探究富马酸酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松对变应性鼻炎并支气管哮喘患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将82例变应性鼻炎并支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,各41例。对照组予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,实验组予以沙美特罗替卡松+富马酸酮替芬治疗,对比两组不良反应情况,并对比治疗前后肺功能指标及生活质量。结果:实验组治疗后PEF、FEV 1%及生活质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);实验组不良反应率12.20%与对照组7.32%相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对变应性鼻炎并发支气管哮喘患者联合采用富马酸酮替芬、沙美特罗替卡松治疗,可显著改善患者肺功能,效果显著,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of ketotifen fumarate combined with salmette-cuarson on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma.Methods:82 patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,each with 41 cases.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the experimental group was treated with ketotifen fumarate combined with salmette-cuarson.The adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the pulmonary function indexes and quality of life before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,PEF,fev1%and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group with 12.20%and the control group with 7.32%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ketotifen fumarate and salmette-cuarson can significantly improve the lung function of patients with allergic rhinitis complicated with bronchial asthma,which is of high safety and worth to be popularized.
