摘要
目的:探究同伴介入法辅助治疗自闭症儿童的有效性。方法:选取2015年7月~2016年7月在某院接受治疗50例自闭症儿童,随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组患儿在接受对照组患儿所使用的常规治疗办法之上采取同伴介入法辅助治疗,观察两组患儿在不良情绪与社会能力方面的改善情况。结果:治疗后实验组和对照组患儿的SAS、SDS评分与社会能力评分都明显优于治疗前,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;且实验组患儿的治疗效果明显优于对照组患儿,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:同伴介入法辅助治疗自闭症儿童有效,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of peer intervention in the adjuvant treatment of children with autism.Methods:50 children with autism treated in a hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The children in the experimental group were treated with peer intervention in addition to the conventional treatment used in the control group.The improvement of adverse emotions and social ability in the two groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the SAS,SDS scores and social ability scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly better than those before treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer intervention is effective in the treatment of children with autism and it is worth promoting.
