儿内门诊50例小儿雾化吸入护理方法分析

Analysis on Nursing Method of Nebulization Inhalation in 50 Children in Outpatient Department

目的:探讨小儿雾化吸入治疗的有效护理方法。方法:选取某院2016年12月~2017年12月期间收治的行雾化吸入治疗的患儿50例,按照随机抽样的原则均分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组患儿行常规护理,观察组患儿在此基础上进行综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿的治疗效果明显优于对照组患儿(P<0.05),组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:在行雾化吸入治疗的患儿中,采用综合护理能够提高临床治疗的效果,具有推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effective nursing method of nebulization inhalation therapy in children.Methods:50 children treated with nebulization inhalation from December 2016 to December 2017 in a hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random sampling,each group has 25 cases.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of this,to compare the clinical treatment effects of children in the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the children in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference between groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Among the children with nebulization inhalation therapy,comprehensive nursing can improve the effect of clinical treatment and has the value of popularization.
