胸腔镜食管癌根治术的手术室护理体会

Nursing Experience in Operating Room of Thoracoscopic Radical Resection of Esophageal Carcinoma

目的:研究探讨手术室护理对胸腔镜食管癌根治术的护理效果及护理方法。方法:选取2014年3月~2016年10月在某院接受治疗胸腔镜食管癌根治术的68例患者进行护理研究,将其随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组34例。给予观察组患者综合的手术室护理,给予对照组患者常规的手术室护理,对比两组患者的手术成功率以及术后恢复情况。结果:观察组手术成功率与患者护理满意度均高于对照组,两组有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受胸腔镜食管癌根治术的患者进行综合手术室护理能够有效提升患者的手术成功率,提高患者护理满意度,综合手术室护理方法具有护理推广意义。

Objective:To study the nursing effect and nursing method of operating room nursing for thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods:68 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma in a hospital from March 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing in the operating room and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing in the operating room.The success rate of operation and the recovery after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of operation and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive operating room nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer can effectively improve the success rate of operation and improve the patients'satisfaction with nursing.The comprehensive nursing method of operating room is of great significance in nursing promotion.
