无缝隙护理干预在胃镜下切除胃小间质瘤患者中的护理效果及对生活质量的影响研究

Effect of Seamless Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Patients with Gastric Small Stromal Tumors Undergoing Gastroscopy and Its Effecton the Quality of Life

目的:探讨无缝隙护理干预在胃镜下切除胃小间质瘤患者中的护理效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:选择2012年9月~2015年10月来某院进行超声内镜指导下套扎切除术治疗的61例患者作为此次研究对象,将其分成对照组与观察组,其中对照组31例,观察组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组常规护理干预基础上给予无缝隙护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果及生活质量的差异。结果:观察组患者手术时间、并发症发生率以及术后不适发生率均低于对照组患者,两组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者在术后首日MBI评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);但在术后1周以及出院时,观察组MBI评分显著高于对照组,两组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理干预有利于胃镜下胃小间质瘤切除术的顺利进行,减少手术时间以及术中出血量,同时可降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of seamless nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with gastric small stromal tumors undergoing gastroscopy and its effect on the quality of life.Methods:61 patients with endoscopic ultrasound guided ligation resection in a hospital from September 2012 to October 2015 were selected as the subjects of the study and divided into the control group and the observation group,including 31 cases in the control group and 30 in the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given seamless nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention in the control group.The nursing effect and the difference of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,the incidence of complications and the incidence of postoperative discomfort in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the MBI score between the two groups on the first day after operation(P>0.05).But after one week and discharged,the MBI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The seamless nursing intervention is beneficial to the smooth progress of the resection of gastric small stromal tumor,it can reduce the operation time and the amount of bleeding in the operation,and reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
