国际技术贸易对企业技术创新的影响研究——基于2009-2017年我国31个省(区市)面板数据的实证分析

Research on the Impacts of International Technology Trade on Enterprise Technology Innovation——Empirical Analysis based on the Panel Data of 31 Provinces andCities in China from 2009 to 2017

伴随着经济全球一体化的加深,科技全球化高速推进,国际技术贸易获得了持续性发展的同时也成为影响企业技术创新的重要因素。因此,本文利用2009—2017我国省级面板数据研究国际技术贸易对企业技术创新的影响,并通过采用固定效应模型分别对全样本和区域子样本进行实证分析。结果表明,技术贸易中技术引进显著影响我国企业技术创新能力,其中,根据技术引进的合同类别,技术开发、技术咨询与技术服务等均对我国企业技术创新产生正向影响,但技术转让对企业技术创新的影响不够显著。此外,技术出口对我国企业技术创新的影响显著。而国际技术贸易对我国东、中、西部地区企业创新技术的影响具有差异性,最后本文根据计量结果提出相关政策建议。

With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid advancement of scientific and technological globalization,international technology trade has achieved sustainable develop⁃ment and has become an important factor affecting corporates’technological innovation.There⁃fore,this paper used 2009-2017 Chinese provincial panel data to study the impacts of interna⁃tional technology trade on the technological innovation of enterprises,and conducted empirical analysis on the full sample and regional sub-samples by using a fixed effect model.The results showed that technology import in technology trade had a significant impact on the technological innovation ability of Chinese enterprises.The contract categories of technology introduction,technology development,technical consultation and technical services all had positive impacts on the technological innovation of Chinese enterprises,but the impacts of technology transfer on corporates’technological innovation was unobvious.In addition,technology export had a signifi⁃cant impact on the technological innovation of Chinese enterprises.The impacts of international technology trade on the innovation technology of enterprises in the eastern,central,and western regions of China were different.Finally,this article proposed relevant policy recommendations based on the measurement results.
