双点压力机人字齿轮键槽方向偏差分析及改进措施

摘要 闭式双点压力机,两组人字齿轮啮合传动,通过其上键槽连接齿轮轴,驱动两组偏心齿轮转动,由于偏心体转动同步性,决定了滑块的运动精度。因此人字齿轮上键槽的加工与人字齿轮齿形之间有较高的位置要求。本文对键槽加工中位置偏差原因进行分析,并提供一系列保证加工精度的工艺措施。 The straight side double-point press has been driven by two sets of herringbone gears.The gear shaft is connected through the upper keyway to drive the two sets of eccentric gears to rotate.Since the synchronization of the rotation of the eccentric body determines the accuracy of the movement of the slider,there is a high position requirement between the machining of the keyway on the herringbone gear and the tooth profile of the herringbone gear.The causes of position deviation in keyway machining has been analyzed,and a series of technological measures to ensure the machining accuracy have been provided.
