摘要
文本主要研究大流量插装阀(通径DG160~DG200)阀芯阀套之间的金属圆柱密封,通过深入分析主阀内阀芯、阀套间滑动密封时穿漏、渗漏状况,优化了各部分的配合公差和结构参数。
The metal cylindrical seal between the valve core and the valve sleeve of the large flow cartridge valve(bore DG160~DG200)has been studied in the text.Through in-depth analysis of the leakage of the sliding seal between the valve core and the valve sleeve in the main valve,the fitting tolerances and structural parameters of each part have been optimized.
