摘要
本文针对真空泵用400kW、15000rpm永磁同步电动机进行仿真设计,建立Ansoft二维仿真模型,对方案进行电磁场有限元分析,得到电机相关性能参数,利用场路相结合的方法对电机进行优化设计,确定最终设计方案,通过试验结果与仿真分析的对比,证明该电机设计的合理性。
The simulation design of a 400kW,15000rpm permanent magnet synchronous motor for a vacuum pump has been performed and an Ansoft two-dimensional simulation model has been established.The electromagnetic finite element analysis has been conducted to the scheme.The relevant performance parameters of the motor have been obtained.The magnetic circuit combination method has been used to perform the optimized design.The final design scheme has been confirmed.Through the comparison between the test result and the simulation analysis,the rationality of the design of the motor has been proved.
