摘要
在拉臂装置设计过程中,副车架作为车身主要重量的直接承载体,在工程中承受多种复杂载荷,是决定整车寿命的关键结构件。利用NX软件高级仿真对3t拉臂装置副车架进行了模态分析,得到了其自由模态参数和工作状态下的模态参数,从而为整车的动力性能分析、降低整车振动、减少部件的疲劳失效提供了依据,同时为其他吨位的拉臂装置副车架模态分析提供了参考方法。
During the design of the pull-arm device,the sub-frame,as the direct bearing body of the main body weight,bears a variety of complex loads in the project and is a key structural component which determines the life of the vehicle.By use of NX software advanced simulation,the modal analysis of the sub-frame of the 3t boom device has been carried out,while its free modal parameters and modal parameters under working conditions have been obtained.Therefore,it provides reference for dynamic performance analysis and lower vibration of the whole vehicle,as well as lower fatigue failure of the component.Meanwhile,it also provides reference method for the modal analysis of the sub-frame of the other tonnage pull-arm device.
