摘要
废旧纺织品回收再利用是降低当前纺织服装业污染的重要举措,机械法回收是废旧纺织品再利用的一种手段,将废旧织物开松为可纺再生纤维,作为各类纺织品的原料,具有广泛的应用与发展前景。文章分别对纯纺原生棉织物与再生棉织物进行生命周期评价,分析其造成环境影响的主要生产环节,发现原生棉织物的纤维获取与印染阶段对环境影响较大;对两种织物进行对比评价后发现,混入20%再生棉纤维的再生棉织物较原生棉织物降低了34.6%的环境污染。
Recycling of waste textiles is an important way to reduce the pollution of the current textile and apparel industry.Recycling by the mechanical method is a means of recycling waste textiles.Opening waste textiles into spinnable recycled fibers as raw materials for various types of textiles has a wide range of applications and development prospects.In this paper,the life cycle of virgin cotton fabric and recycled cotton fabric is evaluated respectively and the main production processes that cause environmental impact are analyzed.Results indicate that the cotton plantation and printing and dyeing of the virgin cotton fabric have a greater impact on the environment.The comparative evaluation of these two kinds of fabrics shows that the recycled cotton fabric mixed with 20%recycled cotton fiber reduces environmental pollution by 34.6%compared with that of the virgin cotton fabric.
