摘要
文章主要探讨精梳加工对棉型莱赛尔纤维纺纱质量的影响,分析了莱赛尔纤维精梳加工的必要性。在纺纱工艺参数相同的条件下,将棉型莱赛尔纤维分别进行普梳及精梳加工,纺制成14.6 tex的普梳纱及精梳纱,并对生条、精梳条及成纱的质量指标进行测试。结果表明:精梳工序可以排除生条中50%的棉结及杂质,可以排除30%的莱赛尔短纤维;莱赛尔精梳纱与普梳纱相比,成纱IPI值降低了62%,成纱条干CV值降低了17%,成纱的断裂强度和断裂伸长率均得到明显改善。
The paper discusses the influence of the combing process on spinning quality of cottontype lyocell fiber,and analyses the necessity of lyocell fiber combing.Under the same spinning process parameters,the cotton-type lyocell fibers were carded and combed respectively to produce 14.6 tex carded yarn and combed yarn,and the quality indexes of card sliver,combed sliver and yarn were tested.The results showed that the combing process could eliminate 50%neps and impurities in sliver and 30%lyocell staple.Compared with lyocell carded yarn,the IPI value of lyocell combed yarn decreased by 62%,the CV value of yarn evenness declined by 17%,and the breaking strength and breaking elongation rate of yarns were improved significantly.
