摘要
文章基于石墨烯良好的电学、热学以及抗菌性能,开发了一款石墨烯改性锦纶/棉纤维机织面料,该面料在前处理、染色、后整理等工艺过程中均能保持优良的性能。此外,相关测试结果表明,石墨烯改性锦纶/棉纤维机织面料的抗菌及远红外性能优良,且在染整工艺处理过程中保持稳定,说明石墨烯改性锦纶/棉纤维机织面料开发与应用较为成功,为功能性纺织服装创新提供了研究方向。
A graphene-modified polyamide/cotton woven fabric is developed based on the excellent electrical,thermal,and antibacterial properties of graphene.This fabric perform excellently during pretreatment,dyeing,and finishing processes.In addition,the relevant test results showed that this fabric has excellent antibacterial and far-infrared properties,and remains stable property during the dyeing and finishing process,which indicates that this fabric can be developed successfully and provide research directions for functional textile and apparel innovation.
