防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗股骨近端骨折患者临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Proximal FemoralInternal Fixation with Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Proximal Femoral Fracture

目的:探究防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗股骨近端骨折患者临床疗效。方法:选取某院88例股骨近端骨折患者,按照治疗方案不同分两组,各44例。对照组行动力髋螺钉固定治疗,观察组行防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗,观察对比两组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、Harris评分优良率。结果:观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Harris评分优良率(95.45%)高于对照组(79.55%)(P<0.05)。结论:防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗股骨近端骨折可缩短手术时间和骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量,有效恢复髋关节功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral internal fixation with intramedullary nail in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture.Methods:88 patients with proximal femoral fracture in a hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes,44 cases each.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw fixation,while the observation group was treated with proximal femoral nail internal fixation.The amount of bleeding,operation time,fracture healing time and Harris score of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of Harris score of the observation group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(79.55%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of proximal femoral fracture by proximal femoral internal fixation with intramedullary nail can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,effectively restore hip function.
