瑞格列奈联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压的临床研究

Clinical Study of Repaglinide Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Type2 Diabetes Mellitus with Essential Hypertension

目的:探究瑞格列奈联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压临床效果。方法:选取60例T2DM合并原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组患者采取常规饮食运动疗法以及胰岛素治疗,观察组在此基础服用2.5毫克苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,观察两组患者临床疗效、血压和血糖水平、肾功能指标如血肌酐、尿微量蛋白含量、血尿酸、血尿素氮)和舒张期左心房厚度。结果:两组患者临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在血压水平、血糖水平、肾功能指标、舒张期左心室厚度比较中,观察组始终低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞格列奈联合氨氯地平能够降低血压、血糖,能够较好地保护心脏,延缓左心室重构。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of repaglinide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with essential hypertension.Methods:60 patients with T2DM complicated with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.The two groups of patients took conventional diet exercise therapy and insulin therapy,and the observation group took 2.5 mg of levamlodipine besylate tablets on this basis.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and blood glucose levels,renal function indicators such as serum creatinine,urine microprotein content,blood uric acid,blood urea nitrogen and diastolic left atrial thickness were observed.Results:There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).In the comparison of blood pressure level,blood glucose level,renal function index and diastolic left ventricular thickness,the observation group was always lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repaglinide combined with amlodipine was able to lower blood pressure and blood sugar,better protect the heart,and delay left ventricular remodeling.
