复明片联合二甲双胍对糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血患者视力改善及生活质量的影响

Effect of Fuming Tablet Combined with Metformin on Visual Acuity Improvement and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy with Fundus Hemorrhage

目的:探讨复明片联合二甲双胍在糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血患者中的应用价值。方法:将符合糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血诊断标准的75例患者纳入研究,对照组(38例)用西医常规治疗,观察组(37例)联合复明片,1周为一疗程,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组视网膜厚度小于对照组,矫正视力数值、生活质量评分大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.59%,高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率8.11%,低于对照组的21.05%(P<0.05)。结论:对于糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血患者而言联合复明片治疗方案效果显著,可提高视力水平,改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the value of Fuming tablet combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with fundus hemorrhage.Methods:75 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic retinopathy with degenerative fundus hemorrhage were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(38 cases)were treated with western medicine,while the observation group(37 cases)with fuming tablet,1 week is a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,retinal thickness in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,corrected visual acuity value and quality of life score were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.59%in the observation group,higher than 73.68%in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.11%,lower than that in the control group(21.05%),P<0.05.Conclusion:For the patients with diabetic retinopathy degeneration of fundus hemorrhage,the combined treatment with fuming tablets has a significant effect,it can improve the level of vision,improve the quality of life,is worthy of promotion.
