预见性护理在急诊科脑卒中患者的应用观察

Application Observation of Predictive Nursing in Patients with Stroke in Emergency Department

目的:总结分析预见性护理在急诊科脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法:将某院急诊科2016年10月~2018年10月期间收治的90例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。观察组45例接受预见性护理,对照组45例应用常规护理,观察比较两组患者临床治疗有效率以及肺部感染、尿路感染、压疮、应激性溃疡等常见并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率80.00%,明显高于对照组治疗有效率57.78%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率28.89%,明显高于观察组并发症发生率11.11%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在急诊科脑卒中患者的应用效果显著,能在很大程度上提高临床救治有效率,减少并发症发生,值得推广使用。

Objective:To summarize and analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in patients with stroke in emergency department.Methods:90 cases of stroke patients admitted to a hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in the observation group received pre-existing nursing,and 45 patients in the control group received routine nursing.The clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups and the occurrence of common complications such as pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection,pressure sore and stress ulcer were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 80.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(57.78%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 28.89%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(11.11%).The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing is effective in the patients with stroke in emergency department,which can greatly improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and reduce complications,which is worthy of popularization.
