人性化护理对剖宫产后瘢痕子宫产妇自然分娩的效果

Effect of Humanized Nursing Care on Natural Delivery of Cicatricial Uterus after Cesarean Section

目的:对剖宫产后瘢痕子宫产妇自然分娩采用人性化护理的效果进行研究。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年12月在某院进行分娩的86例剖宫产后瘢痕子宫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,记录两组的泌乳时间、焦虑度、抑郁度评分,比较两组的分娩方式。结果:观察组顺产率高于对照组,泌乳时间高于对照组,焦虑度、抑郁度自我评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可以有效促进剖宫产后瘢痕子宫产妇的自然分娩,增加患者的泌乳时间,降低患者的剖宫率,改善孕妇的抑郁情绪,提高新生儿的存活率,值得产科临床上大力推广。

Objective:To study the effect of humanized nursing in the natural delivery of scar uterus after cesarean section.Methods:86 patients with scar uterus after cesarean section admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received humanized nursing.The lactation time,anxiety,depression score were recorded and the delivery patterns were compared between the two groups.Results:The yield of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the lactation time was higher than that of the control group.The self-score of the degree of anxiety and the degree of depression was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can effectively promote the spontaneous delivery of the cicatricial uterus after cesarean section,increase the lactation time of the patients,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the depression of pregnant women,and increase the survival rate of newborns.It is worth popularizing the clinical application of obstetrics.
